September/October 6 weeks Challenge Timetable

Today is the first day to sign up for the upcoming September/October 6 weeks Challenge!

This challenge is designed to help you jump-start healthy habits and build the strong and confident body you deserve.

 

But this isn’t just about fitness and nutrition habits… 🏋️‍♀️ 🫕

 

It’s also going to help you practice growing in other healthy habits that lead to a fuller and richer life!

 

During the challenge, we will build and be accountable for creating daily habits that will make you stronger physically and mentally. (While also building confidence and peace while you do it.)

 

The physical changes you may see on the outside will be a tiny slice of the improvements your whole life can gain.
