Absolutely. PowerLines was designed to meet you where you are.
Many women in our community are starting fresh or returning to movement after a break. You’ll find modifications, gentle progressions, and clear guidance that helps you build strength and confidence – without overwhelm or pressure

Do I need equipment?

Nope. All you need to start is your body and a mat.
Some sessions include options for light weights or resistance bands – but everything can be done bodyweight only. The focus is on control, not clutter.

Are new classes added often?

Yes! New PowerLines classes drop every week, along with mini challenges and fresh sequences to keep you progressing, inspired, and connected to your body.

Can I access it on my phone?

You can access PowerLines anytime, anywhere.
The platform is fully mobile-friendly – stream your workouts from your phone, tablet, or laptop. No app required, no tech stress. Just movement that fits your life.
