Your plan will be discussed with you, it will be fluid and progressive, and can be changed any time if it`s needed. All my workouts are made by me, all you have to do is follow the videos and sweat with me.

NUTRITION PLANNING

 

Based on your lifestyle and nutrition habits, I will build a guide and plan your diet so it fits into your life. I’ll also teach you how to plan your diet by yourself. At the end of your program, you will know how to eat to lose and maintain weight, you will never need a meal plan or nutrition coach again! And you will still enjoy the food you love, with NO food restriction!

WEEKLY CHECK-INS WITH ME

Weekly you will have 1 session with me over ZOOM or WhatsApp video call, to reflect on your past week, discuss your progress, and diving deep into your lifestyle, mindset and big vision life goals so I can help you not to just become physically fit and confident, but to create the success and happiness you want in your life.

PRIVATE APP

 

You will have my mobile app, a very powerful tool for tracking all your calorie intake, your physical progress, and mindset reminders. As well, all your workouts will be on the app, so you can do them wherever and whenever you want. Plus, you will have full access to my web page where you can find over 300 recipes, with 12 weeks’ worth of meal plans.
