Workout Programs are designed for you to train in the comfort of your home.
It is meant to maximize your time and effort.
It will help you to build strength but it's also designed to help you discover how strong you are!

*A combination of functional/bodyweight training to burn fat, build muscle and improve overall fitness.
*Combining functional fitness, Bodyweight, and Plyometrics together to make an all-inclusive exciting training program.
*Every workout is unique and different, fully 40-60 minutes video workouts
*If you want fresh video workouts daily to hit the gym alone or to do at home this one is for you!
*A full 8-week meal plan with recipes is also included, as well as your physical records, and monthly report of your progress
*Additionally you getting group support through the private Facebook group, our rising member’s community!
*Equipment needed: Dumbbells, Ab Mat, Bands.
