No disrespect to big-box weight loss companies, fitness ‘fixes’ & systems, but if these strategies were so ‘effective’ at producing results that last, why do I continue to hear from clients and potential clients…
I have tried EVERYTHING, and nothing works!
First of all, it’s time to break up with your “I’ll start Monday” mentality & belief that it takes 21 days to ‘fix’ yourself, and stick to something that ACTUALLY WORKS!
Something that doesn’t have you thinking about food all the time, working out like a maniac 24/7, and believing that ‘bad’ foods put you off track.
Gross!
We don’t need a track when we are committed to a LIFESTYLE
Sooooo….back to trying it all
