I’m excited to announce a brand-new challenge starting on Monday, 02/09/2024!

What better way to begin September than by joining the Ultimate Strength Challenge?

This challenge is designed to sculpt your arms, tone your legs, and define your abs using a set of dumbbells and booty bands.

To get started, register for the Ultimate Strength Challenge today. Let’s embark on this journey to strength and fitness together!

Through helping hundreds of people find balance while building their ideal physiques, I’ve discovered the right way to help them create a body and fitness journey they can be proud of and confident in. It all boils down to eating the right food and doing the work. That’s it. Simple, right? Well, I won’t sugarcoat it and say it’s easy (it can be challenging, especially if you’re trying to do it alone). But you CAN make it a lot easier on yourself by following a proven path and having accountability and community along the way.

 

You will train just three days per week for 40 minutes.

You’ll be doing a mix of strength, conditioning, and ab workout (along with a warm-up and cool down!) You’ll notice incredible progress in your workouts and see results in the mirror.

HAVE FUN and STAY MOTIVATED as you do this challenge with others. KP BE FIT Team members working towards the same goal!
