Now that I’ve got your attention, let’s start again: The calories you are burning during your workout don’t actually matter 😱🙊

ESPECIALLY if you’re just going to eat like 💩 afterwards, or you are trying to “make up “ for yesterday, or you are trying to “earn” the right to eat like 💩 anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Listen, doing tons of CARDIO is about the worst way to out-door un-do or whatever you think doing a lot of it is “helping” you do. It’s more of a time suck than it is a fat burner 👎🏼

🤔 Skeptic: Ok, fat loss expert, share your wisdom because I’m stuck as f*ck?!⁣

👏🏼 Doing LESS (with intention) is going to feel so nice, you’ll probably drop several pounds within a few weeks & be feeling so good, you’ll WISH you had listened to the expert sooner. ⁣

👏🏼 The calories your body burns at REST are really all that matter because you’re burning more of them than you are during the hours you’re exhausting yourself in the gym. ⁣

🔥 If you REALLY want to tap into your body’s fat stores and become a fat-burning machine, you’ll pick heavy weights & go for more walks than you do runs, aka spend less time “trying” to burn the calories your body knows it’s going to burn anyway. ⁣
